Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Uptiqr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Uptiqr does

Uptiqr is an uptime monitoring service. We ping URLs you provide, send you alerts when they go down, and let you publish public status pages. We do not guarantee 100% monitoring uptime, but we aim to check your monitors on the interval you select.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to ping
• Use Uptiqr to conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Create accounts to resell access without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time via the billing page — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Plan limits (monitor count, check interval) are enforced at the time of use.

5. Limitation of liability

Uptiqr is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed alerts, monitoring gaps, or any damages resulting from downtime of your services. We are not responsible for the uptime of any monitored URLs. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Uptiqr after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active paid subscribers by email for material changes.
